
Our Instructors
There are two types of instructors in the studio- the seniors and the juniors. The seniors are the instructors that are Stott certified and have undergone the proper trainings in the Vivian Zapanta studio in Manila. On the other hand, the junior instructor are the instructors that are only trained by the senior instructors.

Don’t be fooled by Karen’s soft and gentle voice—she knows exactly how to light your body up with just the tiniest adjustments. Her calm energy belies a deep understanding of movement that brings the burn in all the right places. Karen began teaching in 2023 and brings a strong foundation as a licensed Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She underwent 5 months of in-house training under senior instructors before completing her STOTT Pilates Level 1 training in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels with Merrithew in 2024–2025. Her classes offer a slow burn—focused on the precision and detail of each movement—gradually building toward more challenging routines. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve activated exactly the right muscles, with just enough energy left to take on the rest of your day. Karen fell in love with Pilates after discovering how even the smallest adjustments can transform how a movement feels. Outside the studio, she enjoys Muay Thai after work, joining Sunday morning fun runs, and taking herself on spontaneous solo dates to explore new places—just for the joy of it.


Kyla brings a vibrant energy and deep passion for a positive and personal session whether you're bouncing back from an injury, just learning how to move smarter, or to level up your fitness journey. Drawing from a background in Physical Therapy combined with an Intensive Pilates Training on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels–Kyla has been blending evidence-based rehabilitation techniques with Stott Pilates programming for two years to guide well personalized workouts to promote long-term wellness, injury prevention and effective plans that bridge the gap between physical therapy and active living. With a mix of expert guidance, a sharp eye for form, and a few laughs along the way, Kyla helps clients celebrate every small win and reconnect with what their bodies can do. Get ready to feel stronger, move better, and leave each session feeling accomplished! Fun fact: Her determination to reach new heights isn't just a mindset—it’s literal. When she's not in the studio, you can often find her in the volleyball court, setting up a spike. Or hiking mountain peaks, always aiming for the summit.


Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, she meets you where you are and helps you grow stronger from there. Her classes feel like a safe space to challenge yourself, one deep breath at a time. A licensed Physical Therapist and board passer with nearly two years of experience as a Pilates instructor. Trained in ICCB (Intensive Cadillac, Chair & Barrels), IMP (Intensive Mat-Plus), and IRC (Intensive Reformer Course), they combine clinical knowledge with Pilates principles to create safe, effective, and personalized program for those recovering from injury to individuals looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall body awareness. Expect a nourishing experience that blends strength, stretch, and body awareness to support your whole self as well as encouragement that keeps you pushing through the last rep Fun fact: “Deserve ko toh” is her personal motto. Work hard, celebrate your wins, and always make room for the things that make you happy.


Reeza blends calm energy with focused intensity, guiding you through flows that feel smooth, intentional, and surprisingly fiery. She believes Pilates should challenge you, but also leave you feeling more at home in your body. STOTT trained and teaching since 2020, Reeza is dedicated to helping clients build strength, control, and confidence through mindful movements. During your sessions with her, expect clear verbal and tactile cues, deep core workouts, and muscle burn that lingers in the best way. Fun fact: Reeza is an avid runner who has completed multiple marathons. Her love for running inspires the way she teaches-- strong, steady, and built to go the distance.


Whether you’re new to working out or just been wanting to add Pilates to your routine, Liz’s calm demeanor is perfect to teach you all about grace and mindful movement. With a background in physical therapy and in handling different rehab cases, Liz has been teaching Pilates since 2023. Since then, she has catered clients from a diverse age range, fitness levels, and varying goals. Progress over perfection. Expect a workout that patiently guides you to unlocking your newfound core strength and flexibility, in alignment with your personal goals. Fun fact: Hikes on weekends, Pilates by Mondays. She’s all about breathing in nature and exhaling out stress.


Energetic, inspiring, and always up for a good time—Chynchyn brings the perfect mix of motivation and fun to every class. With a contagious passion and upbeat personality, they’ll push you to your best while keeping the vibe light, positive, and full of laughs. Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up, you'll leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and totally unstoppable. Chyn is a licensed Physical Therapist from San Pedro College of Davao, and a STOTT trained pilates instructor under the company of Merrithiew. Chyn’s expertise lies in core strengthening and flexibility training, where precision and progress go hand in hand. She is firm yet supportive, offering clear, constructive guidance to help clients improve posture, build muscle strength, and enhance mobility. Fun fact: Chyn doesn’t know the word “last one” and tends to finish a long flow before letting you rest. Chyn also loves to document and record progress of client.


He's fun and he will make you want for more. Teaching Pilates for 5 years and trained in the art of Stott Pilates. He gives the plenty and love for you to sweat He starts with a good stretch to ready your body then he'll take you through a series of movemenent that challeneges strength, balance, coordination and awarrness giving your body a holystic exercise experience. And to finish he will end with a cardio exercise to have your heart beat like its your very firsr date. A little fun fact about Justin. He might come off as young but his pass 30. Hes secret in keeping his youhtful glow is PILATES. So if you want to feel young, look young and be young, book Justin.


Driven by passion and purpose, ALVIN is a CERTIFIED complete LEVEL 1 Stott Pilates fitness instructor for Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, barrels & chairs which he got from the only certifying body in the Philippines at Vivian Zapanta Pilates Studio in Makati and has been teaching for 8 years now dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential through controlled movement, mindset, and motivation. With a background in sports rehabilitation kinesiotaping and physical therapy rehabilitation, ALVIN has spent the past 8 years transforming lives in the pilates studio Whether leading high-energy group classes or offering personalized one-on-one coaching, ALVIN’s approach combines expert knowledge, positive energy, and a results-driven mindset. Known for creating inclusive, empowering workout environments, He strives to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone—regardless of age, experience, or ability. When not training clients, ALVIN shares fitness tips, workout routines, and wellness inspiration , continuing to motivate people. He is also a model/endorser of a well known multivitamin brand nationwide which makes his classes more fun and energetic. Ruty’s calm presence keeps you centered, but don’t mistake that for easy — her sessions may soothe your mind, but your muscles will definitely feel the burn. With a calm energy and a sharp eye for form, she’ll guide you through every movement with ease and encouragement. Ruth began her Pilates journey in January 2024, training under seasoned pilates-certified senior instructors and absorbing both technical expertise and a deep appreciation for intentional movement. She’s also a licensed Physical Therapist, having passed the board exam in December 2023. Expect steady, strength-focused sessions designed to push your limits while keeping your form in check. Whether you’re a first-timer or coming back to the mat, Ruth's patient, practice-based approach makes every class feel like a win—whether you’re building core control or crushing upper body holds. Fun fact: When she’s not on the reformer, you’ll probably find her lacing up for a fun run—her second-favorite way to break a sweat!


Looks can be deceiving — Gia’s soft features hides strict attention to form and precision (make sure to follow her cues!) Started as pilates instructor over a year ago; Apprenticed for 3 months, Teaching clients for 10. Expect detailed cues and corrections; progressive exercises for posture correction, strength building, and pain alleviation. Fun Fact: Often seen eating potato corner during her breaks — especially on a full day!


With a heart for movement and a flair for fun, Nadeen leads every class with purpose and graceful creativity. She’ll meet you where you are, then gently push you just a little past it. A licensed physiotherapist and STOTT-trained Pilates instructor, Nadeen curates movement flows that are equal parts mindful and powerful. Her sessions are intentional from the first breath to the final hold. She knows when to slow you down and when to push you forward. Her flows feel real—because they are. Fun fact: Nadeen would trade a fancy dinner for a sunrise hike any day.


Don’t underestimate the power packed in Zaree’s petite frame—she’ll have you pulsing, shaking, and smiling all at once. Rooted in mindful movement, she brings a calm energy with just enough spice to keep your core guessing. Zaree is a licensed Physical Therapist and, by 2025, a skilled STOTT-trained Pilates instructor, seamlessly blending clinical expertise with mindful movement. In her classes, anticipate graceful movements, clear guidance, and a satisfying challenge that leaves you feeling stronger. Fun fact: Pilates caught her attention while studying Physical Therapy, so she trained to teach and combine both interests.


Blu brings the burn with elegance and edge. Don’t let the cute Pilates fit fool you, she means business. Junior Pilates instructor and licensed physical therapist who loves blending rehab know-how with fun, heart-driven, and intentional Pilates teaching Precision, posture, and plenty of core work. Blu’s teaching blends clinical smarts with a whole lot of heart and just enough burn to keep you coming back for that satisfying shake. Fun fact: Whether she’s on the mat, the futsal or volleyball court, or striking a pose for the camera, Blu always brings her A-game (and an A+ outfit). She believes she’s the main character in her story, and she’s bringing that same energy to your mat.
