One Session - Senior - Obrero The time allotted for each session is 55 minutes and another 5 minutes for instructors to sanitize the equipment for a safer experience. Pilates is a low-impact exercise which focuses on strengthening the muscles. It is a type of exercise that was introduced by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. He developed a new physical fitness system calling this method as the “art of controlled movements” and said that, if it was properly executed, it would feel like a workout.
Confirmed sessions can be only canceled up to 24 hours before the time slot. For rescheduled bookings that are already paid, kindly disregard payment details when rescheduling.
